Life Plus Pure Water Machine

Tap water is forced through our solid-block carbon filter’s microscopic (0.5 - 1.0 micron) pores. The distance the water must travel through the filter is important in determining its effectiveness. Solid Carbon Block Filters, such as that used in the Life Plus Pure Water Machine, are considered the most effective method for reducing a wide range of contaminants from the water you and your family drinks. The Life Plus Pure Water Machine not only removes the bad taste, odor, and chlorine from your water, but health-concerning pollutants are effectively reduced, too. Our solid carbon block filter is compacted into a dense structure causing every molecule of water to be forced through microscopic (0.5 – 1.0 micron) pores of carbon.

In reverse osmosis, the idea is to use a permeable membrane acting as an extremely fine filter to create drinkable water from contaminated water. It generally takes a lot of pressure and is fairly slow, but it works. An option for those with private wells could be reverse osmosis (RO), but it is a heavily wasteful process. RO is much more expensive to operate and is difficult to maintain because it has many components – pre-filter, filtration membrane, post-filter and a pressurized accumulation tank.
